Mandatory Court Fees

Please note that mandatory court fees are not included in the package price. These fees, set by the Ontario government, currently total $669, payable in two installments: $224 at the time of filing and $445 when the divorce is set down for a hearing.

Additional Information

This package is designed for straightforward, uncontested divorce cases where both parties agree on all terms. Should your case require additional services, such as negotiation or legal representation in court, additional fees may apply.
